Matt Pavelle is co-founder and co-CEO of Doctronic. A computer scientist from Carnegie Mellon with multiple patents in AI and computer vision, Matt has spent the past four years building clinical AI systems designed to work within existing medical oversight. Doctronic operates the first AI system authorized to practice medicine under Utah's AI Learning Lab, where it renews prescriptions across 190 medications with physician-equivalent safety validation and malpractice coverage. Matt's focus is on graduated clinical autonomy frameworks that pair technical capability with regulatory accountability. He is based in New York City.
