Jacob focuses on payment policy to enable the effective adoption of AI and technology across the healthcare system, including initiatives such as the CMS ACCESS model. Prior to joining CMS, Jacob co-founded and led Anomaly, a venture-backed startup streamlining the health insurance billing and payment process, and worked at Redesign Health, Flatiron Health and Google. Jacob has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Stanford University.
